At Amalia Jewelry, we strive to ensure every order meets our quality standards. Please read our policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns

We do not accept returns for change of mind, incorrect selection, sizing issues, or any other reason once an order has been delivered.

To be eligible for consideration, any issue with your order must be reported within 30 days of receiving the item.

If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us at support@amaliajewerly.net with your order number and clear photos of the issue. Our team will review your claim and work to resolve it promptly.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. If your item is defective, damaged during shipping, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us as soon as possible at support@amaliajewerly.net.

Once we have reviewed and confirmed the issue, we will offer a full refund to the original payment method or, where appropriate, send a replacement item at no additional cost.

Non-Returnable Items

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect product selection

  • Personal preference

  • Sale or clearance items

  • Gift cards

  • Customized, personalized, or special-order items

Exchanges

We do not offer exchanges. If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us and we will assist you with an appropriate resolution.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

Refunds

Refunds are not available for returned products or change-of-mind purchases.

A full refund will only be issued if:

  • The item received is defective;

  • The item was damaged before delivery or during transit; or

  • The wrong item was sent.

If your claim is approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or credit card provider may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
